Roles: ServiceNow (Developers, Admins and Architects) Location: Sydney & Melbourne Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 7 Years Available Roles: ServiceNow Developers ServiceNow Architect ServiceNow Admin's Required Skills & Experience: ServiceNow Developers Proficient in CSM, SPM and Sales Order Management These developers will be responsible for configuration & customisation of the SNOW platform based on business requirements to basically develop prototypes to fast track development and pass onto Delivery Team The expectation is that these Developers will shoulder a higher degree of quality These developers need to have foundational knowledge of playbooks as well Strong communication and presentation capabilities Required Skills & Experience: ServiceNow Architect Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions or the ability to validate solution design and architecture. Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules and workflow automation. Experience in risk management frameworks and compliance processes. Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns. Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) Own the ServiceNow IRM solution design and roadmap for the initiative. Configure and optimize workflows for risk assessment, approvals, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with governance, security, and technology teams to align IRM capabilities with compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow platform enhancements. Support integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AI governance tools). Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Required Skills & Experience: ServiceNow Administrator ServiceNow certified administrator ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
